The service
Peacae Recorder is a browser-based tool for capturing screen, tab, or webcam recordings with optional audio and local library features. The app is provided by Wekify LLC as part of the Peacae product family. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with applicable laws. Obtain consent before recording others, sensitive meetings, or protected content. Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
Recordings and local data
Recordings are stored locally in your browser unless you choose to download or share them. You are responsible for backing up important files. We are not responsible for loss of recordings caused by clearing browser data, device failure, private browsing, or storage limits.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app. You may not use the app in a way that violates the rights of others or applicable law. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the app is being misused.
Disclaimer
Peacae Recorder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free recording on every browser or device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wekify LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
